At Zeta, transparency is our pride. We believe in keeping our riders and members informed and satisfied. As a registered member and after creating a reservation with us, here’s how we handle different scenarios:
Cancellation
Enjoy Free Cancellations up to 6 hours before the Booking start :
To ensure fairness and transparency, we have a clear cancellation policy at Zeta. If you need to cancel your reservation within 6 hours of the booking start time, a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking fee will be charged. However, if the cancellation occurs after the booking start time, the entire booking fee shall be charged as a cancellation
fee. This policy helps us maintain the integrity of our services while providing a smooth and reliable experience for all our riders and members. Please note that by making a reservation with us, you agree to abide by our cancellation policy fee.
Reschedule before start #
Enjoy Unlimited Free Booking Modifications :
At Zeta, we understand that plans can change, and we strive to provide flexibility for our valued customers. If you need to modify your booking, simply reach out to us or use our user-friendly app. We offer unlimited free re-schedules, allowing you to move your booking to any time within the next 6 months.
Please note that a small fee will be charged if the modification is requested within 6 hours of the booking start time. This helps us ensure the availability of our vehicles and maintain a smooth experience for all our customers.
So, take your time, make changes as needed, and enjoy the convenience of adjusting your booking to fit your schedule. We are here to assist you every step of the way.

Extension post start #
At Zeta, we provide doorstep bookings for your convenience. However, please note that if you request an extension within 2 hours of the booking end time, it will result in the cancellation of the doorstep collection service. In such cases, no refunds will be applicable.
We encourage you to plan your bookings accordingly and ensure that any extensions or changes are made well in advance to avoid any inconvenience. Our goal is to provide a seamless experience, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our policies.

Shortening post start
No refunds applicable.
Shortening/Rescheduling within 24hrs of booking start or booking end.
At Zeta, we want to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for our customers. Please note that once a booking is made, customers will not be able to change the booking start time or shorten the booking end time within 24 hours of the original start or end time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Please plan your reservations carefully to align with your schedule, as no refunds will be applicable for any changes made within this 24- hour window. However, we do offer the flexibility to extend your booking at any time.
Late Return
In the event of a late return, the penalty fee will be calculated based on the amount of time for which the user exceeds the agreed-upon return time. Please note that the late penalty fee will be significantly higher than the normal booking fee.
We kindly request that you respect the agreed-upon return time to avoid any unnecessary charges. Your cooperation in adhering to our policies is greatly appreciated.
Pricing plan change
Once a booking is created, the pricing plan, including the free kilometres per hour, cannot be changed.
In the case of hourly bookings, any additional kilometres travelled beyond the allotted free kilometres per hour will be charged on a per kilometre basis. This ensures that you only pay for the distance you actually travel, giving you control over your expenses.
Free Kilometres
The number of free kilometres you receive will depend on the number of hours you book and the flexi package you choose. However, if you choose to book on a per day basis, we are pleased to offer you unlimited kilometres.
Minimum Duration
The minimum duration for which the prices will be charged is 8 hours, the same may be reviewed at regular intervals for the ease of customers.
Fuel Policy
To ensure a smooth experience for all members, it is important to return the vehicle with the same fuel level as at the start of the booking. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel than the initial level, a refuelling penalty will be applied.
Breakdown of vehicle
1. The member is responsible for covering the costs associated with any damage, recovery, or loss of use of a Zeta vehicle, up to the current damage fee outlined in our Fee Policy / Rate Schedule. This applies if the member is at fault or if no other party can be directly held responsible, or if the costs are not covered by the insurance of Zeta vehicles or the insurance of the other vehicle involved in the accident.
2. If the breakdown of a Zeta vehicle is not the fault of the member, Zeta will refund the unused hours of the booking. However, Zeta is not liable for any additional costs incurred by the member due to the breakdown of the vehicle. We prioritize the safety and convenience of our members and aim

- # Handover pursuant to the original booking, extensions and modifications are subject to availability of the vehicle.
- Your free kilometres are calculated based on the latest scheduled pick up time to the latest scheduled drop off time or to the actual drop off time whichever is later.
- All Refunds made shall be through the original payment account only within 5-7 working day. We are giving full refunds of any amount paid by you as under:
o as a security deposit and/or,
o amount falling under the free cancellation period and/ or,
o any other valid charges that you are entitled to. - Zeta reserves the right to charge a fee for specific pre-defined accessories.
